Profile & Story

Paul Buisse is a Loire Valley estate in the Touraine appellation; upon Paul Buisse's retirement in 2010 the winery passed to the Chainier family, whose own winemaking history dates to 1749. The Chainiers have continued the estate's tradition of Cabernet Franc-based Chinon, sourced from vineyards long recognized as some of the best terroir in Touraine for the variety.

A vibrant, fruit-forward Chinon showing red fruit and herbaceous notes, with a touch of earthiness typical of Loire Cabernet Franc.
