Penner-Ash Wine Cellars was founded in 1998 by winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash and her husband Ron, after Lynn's years working at top Napa wineries and Oregon's Rex Hill Vineyards. Based in the northern Willamette Valley, the winery focuses on small-lot Pinot Noir using indigenous-yeast fermentation and extended cold soaks. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, the winery's flagship since its first vintage, is blended each year from a curated selection of vineyards across the valley to capture the vintage and the region's character.
