St. Innocent Winery was founded in 1988 by Mark Vlossak, who personally handcrafts every bottle from the winery's base south of Salem in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The Freedom Hill Vineyard Chardonnay comes from the estate's Dijon-clone plantings, made in the winery's precise, site-focused style.
