Val de Meigas is the personal project of winemaker Rebeca Barral in the Salnés Valley of Galicia's Rías Baixas, Spain's premier Albariño region. The wine is 100% Albariño, destemmed and direct-pressed, then fermented with indigenous yeast and rested on fine lees in tank for added texture before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Bright and aromatic, with the citrus, stone-fruit and saline minerality typical of Salnés Valley Albariño, backed by a pleasantly bitter, food-friendly finish.

Pairs well with shellfish, grilled octopus, or light seafood dishes.
