Ziobaffa is crafted by Castellani, a Tuscan winemaking family, in a zero-waste facility in the heart of Tuscany. The Vermentino Toscana IGT reflects the coastal Tuscan style of the variety, grown for a floral, herb-scented white built around bright acidity.
Tasting Notes
Very floral on the nose, with lavender, dried Mediterranean herb and fresh citrus notes; juicy and bright on the palate, medium-bodied with crunchy acidity and a zesty, tense finish.
