100% Glera; alcohol: 11.5%; estate vineyards in hills between Valdobbiadene, Susegana and Collalto between 650-985 feet; harvested mid-September; fermented in stainless at 64ºF, aged on fine lees 4 months; secondary fermentation by Charmat method at 60ºF in pressurized tanks; microfiltered at bottling
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow. Tiny and persistent perlage. An elegant nose of yellow apple, pear, wisteria and wildflowers. The palate is fresh, fruity and silky, with richness balanced by marked tanginess.
