The historic Can Feixes Estate is situated on gravely slopes nestled over 1400 feet above sea level in an incomparable setting on the slopes of the famous Montserrat pinnacle. 38% Parellada, 30% Macabeo, 19% Xarel·lo, 8% Chardonnay, 5% Malvasia de Sitges; alcohol: 12%; vineyards high in Alt Pènedes at over 1400 feet; 60 year old vines planted in limestone and gravel soils; berries hand selected both in vineyard and at sorting table; gentle pnuematic press; fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks; aged on lees in tank until February 2024 bottling; certified Organic by USA & CCPAE-Spain.
Tasting Notes
A pure and true expression of youthful Paradella, blended with other indigenous varieties to highlight the floral and fruity characteristics of Huguet’s estate. Round, fresh and mineral. Stony notes add complexity to this lively white with a satisfying and crisp finish.
