100% Viognier; alcohol: 13.5%; estate vineyards in Méditerannée IGP at 1200 feet; grown in clay-limestone soils; harvested in cool evening and gently pressed; 100% maceration, fermentation and elevage in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatics; certified Organic by USA & EcoCert France.
Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of honeysuckle, white flowers and apricots. The wine strikes a beautiful balance between crisp acidity, aromtic richness and minerality.
