“A “trig” has been used for many years to establish boundary lines. Trigonometrical stations were set on the top of hills and used as surveying sites. 100% Merlot; alcohol: 14.5%; estate Diamond Dust vineyard in cooler southern part of Alexander Valley; alluvial clay soil; hand harvested; fermented in stainless steel tanks; aged 12 months in used oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Dark purple hue. Floral aromas complemented by red berries. A supple, vibrant and polished palate with seamless integration of fruit and tannin. Long finish with tannins that gracefully fade.
