Mae Son is a 2022 natural-wine label from third-generation Trentino winemaker Matteo Furlani, made in collaboration with export manager Claudio Coronato and Jenny & Francois Selections. The Orange Frizzante is 100% Pinot Gris, hand-harvested and macerated on the skins for 12-15 days, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, then given a second fermentation in bottle on the lees.
