Profile & Story

Cinque Campi is a small natural-wine estate in Emilia-Romagna run by Denny Bini, built on old-school Lambrusco traditions. The Rosso blends a traditional local Grasparossa clone with the indigenous Marzemino and Malbo Gentile, hand-harvested and macerated on skins in open oak and chestnut vats before a bottle-conditioned second fermentation with no dosage, fining, filtration, or added sulfur.

A sparkling red with aromas of red fruit and moss; mineral, full-bodied and firmly tannic for a frizzante.
