Profile & Story

Domaine de la Patience farms 100 organic-certified hectares near Pont du Gard between Nimes and Avignon. Christophe Aguilar took over the family estate in 1998 and converted it fully to organic viticulture by 2007. The Nemausa rose blends Grenache and Cinsault, direct-pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks.
