Profile & Story

Field Recordings is a Paso Robles winery led by Andrew Jones that seeks out overlooked vineyards across California's Central Coast. "Skins" is a multi-grape skin-contact blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Albarino, Vermentino, Albillo Mayor and Verdelho, given four to eight weeks on skins with native-yeast fermentation.
