Milan Nestarec has run his family's 24-hectare certified-organic estate in Velke Bilovice, Moravia since his teens, making wine with wild yeast, minimal sulfur, and no fining or filtration. OKR blends Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon and Traminer given gentle skin contact for its ochre hue.
Tasting Notes
Easy-drinking with great energy and distinguished aromatics; fine extraction and only a light "orangey" character, with no hard tannins.
