Profile & Story

Gaspard is a house label of the natural-wine importer Jenny & Francois, the brainchild of Jenny Lefcourt, made in exclusive collaboration with selected growers; the name means bringer of treasure. The fruit comes from sustainably and organically farmed clay-limestone vineyards in the central Loire Valley. The rosé ferments with native yeast and rests on its fine lees for texture, then sees only light fining and filtration, the aim being a clean, drinkable bottle that stays true to natural methods. 12% ABV.
