Mission and Grenache Blanc from coastal Valle de Grulla and San Vicente (sandy clay soils). 10 days whole-cluster carbonic maceration (skins, seeds and stems) and spontaneous fermentation in concrete lagar (Chilean-style tanks). Meaning “bee” in Farsi in honor of those that swarmed us in the amphoras during the making of this juice.
