100-year-old wildbush field blend of Mission, Rosa del Peru and Palomino from mountainous Tecate (granite soil). 12 days whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration (skins, seeds and stems) and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Meaning terroir, earth, and soil in Farsi in honor of the single field of 100 year-old red and white grapes harvested in Tecate.
