Profile & Story
Bodegas Lacus is a small estate in Aldeanueva de Ebro, in Rioja Baja, owned by Luis Arnedo and made in collaboration with French winemaker Olivier Riviere. 'Inedito 3/3' takes its name from the three grape varieties -- Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano -- grown across old-vine parcels planted by Luis's grandfather, fermented on the lees in stainless steel for freshness.
