Domaine Rimbert, farmed organically since 2003 by Jean-Marie Rimbert in Saint-Chinian, Languedoc, is known for expressive, minimal-intervention wines. 'Le Petit Cochon' ('the little pig') is a Cinsault-Syrah rose, destemmed and gently crushed with skins removed after 36 hours to achieve its deep pink hue.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant pink; crushed red cherry, guava and sweet herb aromas lead to a generous, mineral palate with blood-orange and red-berry flavors.
