Profile & Story
Poderi del Leone (formerly Domini del Leone) has farmed organically near the Venetian Lagoon since 1974, going biodynamic in 2018. The Pinot Grigio is grown at Tenuta Civranetta on Alpine-glacial soils cooled by sea breezes, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green highlights; pear and apple aromas with floral notes lead to a fresh, dry palate with a distinct minerality.
