Gaspard is a house label of Jenny & Francois Selections, made in close cooperation with growers in the Touraine, central Loire Valley, from organically and sustainably farmed vines aged 10 to 60 years. The wine settles for 48 hours before spontaneous fermentation and ages six months on the lees in stainless steel with no oak.
