Le Contesse, run by the Bonotto family since 1976, farms 155 hectares across the Marca Trevigiana in the Veneto's Prosecco heartland between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The Prosecco DOC Brut undergoes a single Charmat-method refermentation in pressurized tanks.
