Les Chemins de Bassac is a Languedoc estate taken over in 2016 by Bruno and Thama Trigueiro, organic for over 30 years and fully biodynamic since 2019. 'Le Champs des Maures' is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 15-year-old vines on limestone and clay, macerated slowly in concrete and bottled unfiltered by gravity.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color; blackberry and plum fruit with notes of cedar, cocoa and tobacco leaf lead to a lively, focused palate with soft, dry tannins.
