Acustic Celler was founded in 2003 by Albert Jane in the Montsant DO, built around old, low-yielding bush vines the winery farms organically -- nearly 45 hectares today. The name reflects the winery's 'acoustic,' unplugged philosophy: minimal intervention that lets the old vines speak for themselves. Acustic Blanc blends 93% Garnatxa Blanca (structure and ageability), 5% Macabeu (finesse and fruit), 1% Pansal and 1% Garnatxa Roja (aromatic lift), fermented and aged on lees for 7 months across stainless steel, large oak foudre, amphora, cement egg and new French oak barrels.
