Triana -- named for the historic Seville neighborhood where flamenco was born -- is Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana's Pedro Ximenez, sourced from grapes subjected to sun-drying (asoleo) to concentrate their natural sugars before a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation that preserves the variety's full aromatic character.
Tasting Notes
Intense, dark treacle color with rich aromas of raisin and dried fruit. Opulently sweet and velvety on the palate, layered with fig, toffee and caramel through a long, luscious finish.
