Profile & Story
Bodega Sierra Norte is a third-generation, family-owned winery in Requena (Valencia), founded 25 years ago by three local families, and was the first winery in the Valencian Community to achieve organic certification, in 2000. Its vineyards sit at up to 900m altitude on sandy limestone soils in DO Utiel-Requena. Fuenteseca Rosado blends 80% Bobal and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, certified organic and vegan.
Tasting Notes
A light pink rose with fuchsia highlights, fragrant with ripe strawberry, rose hip and white flowers. Medium-bodied and vibrant, with brisk acidity carrying red-berry and floral notes through a fresh, polished finish.
