Destello is a Cava label imported by Opici Wines, produced by a small, family-owned Penedes winery that has made traditional Catalan sparkling wines since 1880. The Rose is aged a minimum of 18 months on the lees before disgorgement, qualifying it as a true Reserva under Cava DO rules.
Tasting Notes
Vivid pink in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh strawberry and rose-petal aromas lead to a palate of crisp orchard and red-berry fruit with bright acidity and a clean, dry finish.
