Profile & Story

Emilio Lustau S.A., founded in 1896, is one of Jerez's best-known sherry houses, working through its Almacenista and Solera Familiar programs to bottle sherries from small, family-run stocks. Don Nuno is a 100% Palomino Oloroso aged oxidatively for 12 years at Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera.

Tasting Notes

Dark bronze with a golden rim. Pungent, nutty aromas layered with a smoky wood background lead to rich flavors of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnut. Dry and full-bodied with real depth.
