Pas de Probleme Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Profile & Story

Pas de Probleme is sourced from vineyards around the historic hill-town of Enserune, about fifteen minutes southwest of Beziers in the Languedoc. The fruit is hand-picked and farmed sustainably, without herbicides or chemical weed killers. Grapes undergo an eight-day cold maceration with periodic punch-downs to build aromatic intensity, then ferment naturally over roughly two weeks; the wine is aged nine months in stainless steel and bottled unfined and unfiltered, at 12.5% ABV.
