Profile & Story
Founded in 1885 by Francisco Undurraga Vicuna in Chile's Maipo Valley, Vina Undurraga was the first Chilean winery to export to the United States, in 1903. The Rose Royal is a 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine made by the Charmat method; Undurraga's own technical materials cite Valle de Leyda fruit for this bottling.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in color with abundant, complex aromas of red fruit -- cherries -- and delicate rose petal notes. Persistent, uniform bubbles carry a dry, delicate, and fruity palate with good body.

Recommended as an aperitif or with entrees, Asian food, shellfish, salad, and desserts, served between 7-9C.
