Ariane Lesné makes natural, sulphur-free wines from biodynamically farmed fruit at the historic Domaine de Montrieux in the Loir valley. 'Picrochole' is a pure Pineau d'Aunis from younger vines, macerated in tank and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Pale, translucent red; light-bodied and ethereal, with delicate red fruit, violet and the grape's signature white-pepper spice over fine tannins.

Serve slightly cool with charcuterie, poultry, mushrooms and lighter fare.
