COS is a pioneering natural estate in Vittoria, south-east Sicily, known for amphora and skin-contact wines. 'Ramí' is a skin-contact (orange) white — a 50/50 blend of Insolia and Grillo fermented on the skins in concrete with native yeasts.
Tasting Notes
Amber-orange; a gently tannic skin-contact white with citrus peel, dried apricot and herbs, textured and dry with a savoury finish.
