Domaine Olivier Merlin is a benchmark grower in La Roche-Vineuse in the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy, farming sustainably and building one of the appellation's finest reputations over three decades. This Bourgogne Chardonnay blends fruit from La Roche-Vineuse and Chaintré on quaternary clay-limestone soils, fermented and aged 12–16 months in stainless steel, unfined and lightly filtered.
