Envínate is a four-friend project making terroir-driven, low-intervention wines across Spain. 'Albahra' comes from chalky, high-altitude vineyards around Almansa/Albacete in Castilla-La Mancha, led by Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) with Moravia Agria, made whole-cluster in concrete.
Tasting Notes
Deep violet-red; fresh and juicy, with blueberry and blackberry fruit, floral and herbal notes and a light, energetic palate.
Pairing Recommendation
Serve slightly cool with grilled meats, charcuterie, stews and spiced dishes.
