Jean-Pierre Robinot is a legendary natural-wine grower in the Vallée du Loir (Loire), farming without additions. 'Les Années Folles' is a joyful ancestral-method sparkling rosé from Chenin Blanc and Pineau d'Aunis, bottle-fermented without disgorgement or added sulphur.
