Pierre Baillette is a small grower-Champagne house in Trois-Puits, a Premier Cru village just south of Reims in the Montagne de Reims, now run by Périne Baillette. 'Le Village' is the signature Extra Brut cuvée — around 60% Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and old-vine Meunier — aged on the lees and finished with a tiny dosage (base 2020).
Tasting Notes
Fine, persistent mousse; a dry, precise Champagne with green apple, pear, citrus and a touch of brioche over a mineral, lightly bitter finish.

An apéritif Champagne; pairs with oysters, shellfish, fried snacks and light starters.
