Domaine André et Mireille Tissot — run by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot — is a leading biodynamic estate in Arbois, Jura, farming many parcels bottled separately by terroir. This traditional-method Crémant du Jura is a Chardonnay-led blend with Pinot Noir and a little Trousseau and Poulsard, bottled with zero dosage (Non-Dosé).
Tasting Notes
White with a fine, persistent bead; zero-dosage Jura crémants are crisp and bone-dry, showing green apple, citrus and a chalky, saline finish.

An excellent apéritif; pairs with oysters, shellfish and fried or salty starters.
