Domaine Le Bihan traces to 1786, when the Morcellet family founded the estate; Jean Le Bihan married into the family in 1951, and the domaine (now 20 hectares in the village of Ange, Loire Valley) is today carried forward by the 4th generation, including Romain Le Bihan. This Touraine AOC Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, traditionally vinified in stainless steel tank from vines averaging 20 years old on silex soil.

Crisp and varietally pure, with the citrus and mineral lift typical of silex-grown Touraine Sauvignon Blanc; the 2022 vintage of this bottling scored 90 points from Wine Enthusiast.
