Profile & Story
Etablissements Veuve Auguste Tailhan traces to 1857, when Auguste Tailhan founded the company in the Languedoc specializing in Blanquette de Limoux; the house was carried on by his widow through the First World War. This Blanc de Blancs Brut blends Colombard and Ugni Blanc, naturally fermented in steel tanks and aged about 3 months before a Brut dosage.
