Els Vinyerons is a small natural-wine project in the Alt Penedes, worked by winemakers who choose only vineyards with genuine character. The Pregadeu Cava is made entirely from Xarel-lo grown on clay-limestone soils, using the traditional ancestral method with no added sulfites beyond what the grapes naturally carry.

A mineral cava with exceptional freshness and salinity. Floral and citrus aromas lead into a lively, saline palate typical of the ancestral method.
