Fiol was founded by three friends from Treviso — Giovanni, Gian Luca, and Pietro — devoted to showcasing the wines of their native Veneto; the name is a Venetian word for someone who knows how to appreciate life. This Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grown in the Prosecco DOC heartland of Treviso, fermented off the skins before a Charmat-method second fermentation in autoclave.
