Isotta Manzoni is a small-batch sparkling wine project from the Pitars family, fourth-generation Friulian winemakers whose estate in the Grave del Friuli traces its viticulture back to 1644. The label sources Glera from vineyards across Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Valdobbiadene prosecco zone.
Tasting Notes
Candied fruit, lemon curd, dried apricot and pressed rose open the bouquet, with fresh floral notes of tangerine, lemon and yellow apple. A clean, well-balanced finish lingers on green papaya and custard.
