Profile & Story

For anyone who has visited Sonoma’s Wine country, they will know that Highway 12 is considered the “Wine Highway” spanning from Sebastopol in the Russian River Valley to the west, then rolling East through Sonoma Valley, Carneros, Napa Valley, California’s Delta Region and ending just past Lodi at the San Andreas Fault. Vineyard location and terrior are important to us. When crafting our Highway 12 Chardonnay we traveled East along California’s Highway 12 to the California Delta Region just south of Clarksburg where we discovered a vineyard managed by a long time friend Ned Hill of La prenda Vineyards. The majority of this wine comes from this vineyard with a touch of Carneros Chardonnay added to complete the blend.
