Three sites express distinct sides of Cabernet Sauvignon — elevation, expansive, and hillside loam — across ancient seabed, decomposed granite and clay (Santa Ynez Valley, Los Olivos District, Sierra Madre Mountain). Each parcel harvested separately, vinified 100% destemmed, and aged individually 11 months in neutral barrels before blending with a dash of Merlot. 1,400 cases; 13.8% ABV.
