Profile & Story

Charles Joguet farms twelve biodynamically certified hectares on the alluvial terroirs of Anche and Sazilly, along the former bed of the Vienne river in Chinon. This rose is made in the saignee method, with juice bled off young Cabernet Franc and fermented slowly in stainless steel at low temperature; malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve freshness.
