Haden Fig sources this Willamette Valley bottling from the Cancilla, Croft, Freedom Hill and Torres Hill vineyards (planted 1994-2010, 350-650' elevation, southeast-to-southwest exposure), fermented with native yeast over a 26-day cuvaison and aged 14 months in French oak (15% new); 13.5% ABV, 1,025 cases produced.
Tasting Notes
Blackberry liqueur, fresh Italian plums, hibiscus and black raspberry coulis rest atop antique cabinets, black tea and medicinal roots.
