Profile & Story
Marco Cecchini farms 2.2 hectares of alluvial-soil vineyards planted in 1985 in Faedis, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, working biodynamically and organically. Monsieur Verduc undergoes cold maceration for 4-7 days before fermentation, then ages 12 months in stainless steel on lees; 13% ABV, 300 cases produced.
Tasting Notes
A dry skin-contact Verduzzo with a supple, tannic mouthfeel and fair acidity; richly fruity and fresh, with ripe peach and apricot opening to chestnut, honey and dried flowers.
