Tinto Amorio is a natural-wine label founded by Anish Patel, who pivoted careers after a near-fatal accident and built a Sonoma County, California label rooted in organic and biodynamic, dry-farmed fruit, minimal sulfites, and a pledge to donate 5% of proceeds to California food banks. Bheeyo blends Gewurztraminer with a small co-ferment of Zinfandel, given 24 days of skin contact.
