Profile & Story
Topette is made by Domaine Pierre Chainier in the Touraine sub-region of France's Loire Valley, from vines averaging 15 years of age grown on clay-and-flint soils farmed sustainably. The grapes are directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then aged 4 months on fine lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant yellow with golden reflections; enticing aromas of quince, plum, apricot and acacia blossom, with a mineral character and a suave, well-balanced mouthfeel.
