Established in 1980, Smith & Hook crafts bold Cabernet Sauvignon along California's Central Coast, drawing on five warmer regions: San Antonio Valley, Arroyo Seco, Hames Valley, San Benito County and Paso Robles. Cooling Pacific winds let the grapes hang longer, and the 2023 vintage yielded fruit with vibrant acidity and flavor complexity. Aged 6 months on French and American oak.
